KIN Machinebouw B.V. designs, manufactures, repairs and maintains complex machinery, equipment and turnkey installations for various sectors including, foodstuffs, chemicals, manufacturing and packaging. The materials used for our products include high-alloy steels, as well as stainless steel and aluminium. These materials can be processed, installed and erected according to the customer's requirements.

KIN Machinebouw B.V. has a wide range of equipment at its disposal for machining, where the materials can be milled, turned and bored out. This includes milling machines with an x radius of 4700 mm, y radius of 1200 mm and z radius of 1250 mm, as well as various radial drilling machines with up to 3 metre travel and up to 100 mm diameter. There are also various boring/milling machines that can handle materials with up to 1800 mm x axis, 1250 mm y axis and 1250 mm z axis. Furthermore, the company also operates lathes up to 6 metres in length and diameter of 550 mm, as well as circular table milling/boring machines with a maximum diameter of 6 metres.

KIN Machinebouw B.V. has a clean room, a measuring room and our employees apply welding technologies for stainless steel, aluminium and various types of carbon steel.

Kin Machinebouw B.V. is certified for ISO 9001-2015, ISO 3834-2, ISO 9010-2  and has the TÜV Nord certificate for re-marking of steel products with inspection documents 3.1 and 3.2 in accordance with NEN-EN 10204:2004.

Various welding techniques such as MIG/MAG, TIG,  STT & powder plasma arc welding within the ISO 3834-2 standard. For many years we practice not only all types of steel, but also aluminium welding for our customers.

Solutions

KIN Machinebouw B.V. supplies processed and erected steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The company specialises in specific structures involving certified welding work. A wide range of products can be constructed including, thin-walled pressure vessels, cranes, components for roller-coasters and parts used in the optical industry, such as electron microscopes.

The clean room is used for the detailed construction of all the products. Thanks to the high precision measuring instruments in the measuring room, all products are delivered with an accuracy of one hundredth of a millimeter. The lengthy experience of the employees at KIN Machinebouw B.V. means that specialist, certified welding can be carried out.

It goes without saying that the quality of the products takes precedence, and much attention is given to this throughout the company. All finished products undergo a thorough final inspection process.
